Sophia Rising
Hello! I'm Kim Marie, Founder of Sophia Rising, and your guide to discovering who you are, what you care about most, and how you can live in alignment with that care in all domains of your life.
Kim Marie, the Founder of Sophia Rising, has a passion for human development, transformation and empowerment. She is committed to working with others to co-create a world that is ensouled, and full of authenticity, awareness and wisdom. Her compassion, warmth and presence help to create a sacred space from which profound learning and growth can occur. Personal transformation through ontological learning is Kim’s deepest passion, and she finds that this development occurs through all the many domains of life. Kim has many years of experience with her own personal transformation in areas such as relationships, career, parenting, finance, health, nutrition, and spiritual growth. Kim often saw herself as a “Jack (or Jill in her case) of all trades, master of none,” and now her wisdom and experience in these many “trades” allows her to be on a path to becoming a master of life, and guiding others to do the same. Kim’s background is extraordinarily diverse and has supported her in understanding many aspects and perspectives of life. She has a BS in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Finance and Economics, and a BFA in Interior and Environmental Design. She is trained in the Yuen Method of Energetic Healing, is a certified Yoga Instructor, and is trained as an Ontological Coach™ through Newfield Network, Inc. She is also an avid student of spiritual study, Anthroposophy and Christian Hermeticism, as well as human development and child development. Kim has studied and worked in areas such as holistic health care and well-being, sustainable living and design, and alternative/complimentary currencies. She is a visionary with a strong moral compass, and is committed to exploring the emerging paradigm through ontological learning and a Divine Feminine lens. Kim lives in Boulder, Colorado, and is the mother of two young boys.
